Funny stuff

We were sitting at dinner the other night and Kolten, out of the blue, says, "I can't wait until I get bigger." I said, "Oh yeah, why is that?" He said, "Cause I am going to be an astronaut and take a vacation from YOU two." (Pointed at Lance and I.) We looked at each other and both started laughing so hard. I couldn't stop. It was super funny. I finally said, "Don't you think we could just go to the beach? Do you really need to go to the moon?" He was kind of like Whatever. Good times, good times.

Kolten is the KING of info-mercials. I am pretty sure he watches too much T.V. A couple of weeks ago I was walking around the house and said, "Brr...it's cold in here." Kolten from nowhere said, "You need a snuggie. Its everything you could ask for and So much more!" NERD. I am now the proud owner of a Snuggie because my dad watches just as much T.V. and Kolten told him I needed one.

Kolten was playing the Wii the other day and played the golf "Target Practice" game. I told him what it was called and later when Lance's brother Justin asked him what he was playing Kolten said, "I'm playing the Wal-Mart game." TOO FUNNY!!

MO State Fair 2009

Kolten LOVES tractors. So when he had the opportunity to get in and on a combine, of course he took it. He really didn't want to get out of the cab.


Lance rode the rides with Kolten last year since I was pregnant. BUT, this year I rode them. This one wasn't so bad. BUT the tobbogan ride was pretty nuts. My butt was soaked from the minute I sat down...Oh well, it was pretty hot that day.












This ride made Kolten slam into my side the whole time. Kind of uncomfortable, but he laughed the whole time. He talked through the entire thing. He is so funny....I SO am not ready for him to go to Kindergarten tomorrow. :-(



AND...Bella will be one on the 25th. That is so crazy. Where did this year go? AHH.

Saturday night at the rodeo. Kolten climbed into the stroller and fell asleep after the Steer Wrestling. Then, Bella fell asleep...WELL since Lance hangs around and talks after he is done I was stuck by myself w/two sleeping children after the Rodeo was over. SO, I put them into the stroller together. (It was a tight squeeze.) Loaded all 4 of my camp chairs on top and took off to find him. It was kind of a rough ride, but we made it. The pictures were pretty cute.
